Raspberry + Mint Tea
This is the nicest thing ever! I've only made it with fresh raspberries and mint, though I'm sure freeze dried mint would work too.
We have wild mint growing in abundance in the back garden, and its the start of the raspberry season too, so I spent my afternoon rummaging, hoping to find some nice berries!
All you need is about 6 fresh raspberries and 5 mint leaves per cup, then add sugar to taste. Cover with hot water and leave to steep for 3-5 minutes and you are good to go! So simple, yet so tasty!
